This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Cultivating a robust design culture within the team: scaling expertise, establishing shared standards and values, and clearly delineating UX functions.
• Providing operational leadership in a multifunctional environment: managing a team of designers — overseeing management, recruitment, onboarding, and development; fostering motivation and engagement.
• Optimizing design processes and engaging in strategic planning: participating in the formulation of the product design strategy.
• Leading the development of strong, autonomous design teams within various product teams.
• Designing, scaling, and maintaining a modern design system.
• Ensuring high quality of UX/UI, consistency of solutions, and tangible impact on product metrics.
• Streamlining design processes and implementing best practices in UX (A/B testing, UX research, leveraging insights).
• Actively participating in the planning and execution of the design strategy, redesigning critical flows, and integrating innovations.
• Utilizing AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency of teamwork.
• You have 4+ years of experience in product design and have successfully implemented cohesive design systems in digital products.
• You possess expertise in mobile (iOS, Android) and web design.
• You think user-first and create solutions focused on metrics and product needs.
• You have experience in leadership or mentoring within a design team.
• You can communicate in English at a minimum of B2 level.
• You are results-oriented, open to innovations, and drive changes and product quality.
