Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional product design for intricate products

• Facilitate smooth cross-product interactions

• Oversee UX activities throughout the product lifecycle

• Perform and implement UX research

• Guide and mentor designers and stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in SaaS product design

• Demonstrated capability to manage comprehensive user-centered design processes

• Extensive knowledge of UX methodologies, including research and prototyping

• Proven experience in designing complex, cross-product user experiences

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations within fast-paced environments
