Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with the daily design requirements of a collaborative product team.

• Foster alignment across various product domains.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and fellow product designers.

• Define and implement BlinkRx’s overarching product vision and strategy.

• Advocate for all user and customer segments.

• Provide intuitive and meticulously crafted user experiences for BlinkRx products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product design within a similar role or product organization.

• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong problem-solving abilities in complex software applications and platforms.

• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

• Proven proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.

• A diverse skill set that includes visual design, information architecture, interaction design, various prototyping methods, and foundational user research capabilities.

• A successful history of collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams to launch products.

• Experience in leading a style guide or design system initiative, promoting organization-wide usage and adoption.

• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills.

• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing product design case studies that highlight early concepts, iterations, user research, performance metrics, and the design processes employed throughout each project.
