This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take on a significant, hands-on role in finalizing the project, steering the production roadmap through the crucial concluding phases of development.
• Serve as the main "driver" for key game modules, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery as we approach the final "gold" master.
• Proactively recognize, monitor, and mitigate project risks in real-time, keeping the team focused solely on critical path objectives.
• Engage in the strategic planning and production stages of forthcoming projects within the studio's roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a team of Producers and Associate Producers, fostering a culture of accountability and high-speed output during the shipping phase.
• Streamline internal workflows and communication processes to eliminate daily bottlenecks and sustain production momentum.
• Act as the operational link between the development team and executive leadership, offering clear, data-driven insights into the "closing" status.
• Collaborate with Department Directors to align ambitious goals with the technical and time constraints of a project nearing completion.
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure team wellbeing while achieving demanding development milestones.
• Ensure all stakeholders remain in sync regarding shifting priorities through precise documentation and swift project updates.
• Successfully shipped at least 2 AA+/AAA titles as a Producer - experience in the final "closing" stages of a project is essential.
• Expertise in production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Outstanding leadership abilities and the capability to motivate a diverse team during high-pressure periods.
• Professional fluency in English; crucial for effective and rapid communication across our global team.
• A thorough understanding of the technical challenges associated with modern AA+/AAA game development and the "going gold" process.
• Desirable: Experience in managing large-scale remote or distributed development teams.
• A passion for data-driven production and process enhancement.
• Strong interest in the Soulslike genre and its distinct production requirements.
