Lead Private Placement Analyst

📋 Description

• Accountable for the initiation and oversight of both domestic and international corporate and securitized private placements across various tiers of the capital structure.

• Assess new investment opportunities through underwriting.

• Offer evaluations of relative value regarding investment prospects.

• Conduct ongoing portfolio monitoring.

• Research and prepare portfolio presentations as requested by clients.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with agent banks in the broadly syndicated market to identify investment opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.

• Over seven (7+) years of experience in private placements or a comparable analytical position.

• Strong analytical, structuring, and negotiation skills.

• Effective communication abilities.

• Creative and independent problem-solving skills.

• An MBA, CFA, or experience in capital markets is preferred.
