Lead Power Platform Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take a crucial role in advancing the team's objective to provide a governed and compliant service.

• Design and enhance enterprise-level applications utilizing the Power Platform.

• Interact directly with stakeholders and facilitate global CoE meetings.

• Lead the identification of dependencies and the creation of design documents.

• Develop comprehensive low code solutions leveraging the capabilities of the Power Platform.

• Guide and mentor team members in creating Power Platform solutions.

• Pursue continuous learning and adapt to trends that enhance product performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in software development (full stack).

• More than 5 years of experience in a financial institution or a regulated industry.

• At least 5 years of expertise in architecture and design thinking for distributed and data analytics solutions.

• Hands-on experience in Power Platform development will be prioritized.

• Familiarity with Power Automate Desktop, Power Virtual Agent, Power Pages, and AI Builder is preferred.

• Experience in building applications on Azure or any cloud platform is preferred.

• Proficient in web application development using .Net/C#/React/typescript is preferred.

• Microsoft Dataverse / Dynamics 365 customization & integration experience is preferred.
