• Guide teams in the design, automation, and management of digital service platforms

• Work in partnership with engineering, product management, and testing teams

• Serve as a role model and mentor for team members

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Demonstrated experience in leading teams

• SC Clearance is mandatory

• Extensive knowledge in the design and operation of digital service platforms

• Familiarity with Continuous Delivery and automation methodologies

• Proven experience with contemporary agile practices and MVP planning

• Advocating for best practices in Site Reliability Engineering tools
