Lead Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a specific segment of the technical domain — designing the architecture, executing the tasks, and guiding your team through the process.

• Create Platform solutions within your designated workstream.

• Develop, configure, and manage CI/CD pipelines from start to finish.

• Write and oversee infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Design, create, and manage AI Agents and AI tools at scale.

• Construct and deploy cloud-native platform environments.

• Establish and implement observability that provides meaningful insights.

• Develop developer platform tools, automation, and self-service infrastructure.

• Integrate AI tools into Platform workflows.

• Make daily architectural decisions within your defined scope.

• Recognize technical risks early and generate innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of practical experience in Platform engineering, with proven technical leadership abilities.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States or Canada without requiring sponsorship.

• Willingness to travel 25-50% based on client requirements, with remote work as applicable.
