Lead Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with attorneys, oversee client communications, and ensure case advancement from initiation to resolution.

• Act as the main point of contact between Finch, attorneys, and clients.

• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients throughout their treatment and the entire lifecycle of the case.

• Deliver comprehensive case status updates and reports to attorneys and law firms.

• Collaborate with case managers, intake specialists, and demand reviewers to facilitate case progression.

• Identify and address any delays or issues promptly to prevent negative impacts on outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 10 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury or high-volume plaintiff work.

• Be bilingual in Spanish and English *(preferred)*.

• Exhibit high levels of organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills.

• Ability to quickly establish trust with both attorneys and clients.

• Recognize the significance of client experience and case progression speed.

• Be available to work during Pacific Time (PST) hours to meet client needs.
