Lead Medical Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management, coordination, and assessment of medical projects

• Operate independently to conduct and/or supervise initial reviews of safety data

• Proactively identify, address, and escalate potential issues

• Initiate and spearhead efforts to enhance processes related to medical monitoring

• Manage the execution, coordination, maintenance, and closure of projects

• Act as the main point of contact for clinical project teams

• Develop and uphold safety and medical management plan(s)

• Track project financial status and escalate any financial or operational risks

• Train and develop new team members

• Address complex issues through thorough evaluation of various factors

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related Health Sciences field (Physician's Assistant) or licensed RN

• Over 8 years of clinical safety experience (including clinical research monitoring, pharmacovigilance, or a combination of both)

• Extensive understanding of GCPs for medical oversight in clinical trials

• In-depth knowledge of drug development and safety reporting processes

• Comprehensive knowledge of safety data trending and coding

• Solid understanding of biostatistics, data management, and clinical procedures

• Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Excellent project management and budgeting skills

• Strong mentoring capabilities and the ability to train and guide others

• Exceptional oral and written communication proficiency
