📋 Description

• Act as the main technical expert for Mastercam within Phillips Federal

• Develop technical methodologies and advanced workflows for manufacturing excellence

• Lead and provide guidance to support specialists and applications engineers

• Collaborate with sales teams, strategic government initiatives, and enterprise clients to tackle complex technical issues

• Offer expert consulting, solution design, and comprehensive software reviews

• Manage incoming Mastercam support inquiries through digital channels, phone lines, and shared platforms

• Provide prompt resolutions and monitor software escalations

• Assist in guiding client implementations

• Assess new Mastercam features and capabilities

• Establish service quality metrics and evaluate customer satisfaction

• Develop and enhance a premier Mastercam support system
