This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and thorough market research.
• Evaluate leads by analyzing business needs, purchasing potential, and alignment with the company's offerings.
• Keep accurate and current lead records within CRM systems and sales databases.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure prompt lead follow-up and effective conversion strategies.
• Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead progression through the sales funnel.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential wholesale customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Monitor lead generation activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, campaigns, trade shows, and other lead generation efforts.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
• Continuously assess and enhance lead generation processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a comparable role.
• Experience in the wholesale distribution industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools.
