Lead Logistics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transportation and logistics of goods and services for both internal and external customers/suppliers.

• Responsible for planning and executing departmental operations or focusing on the execution of professional activities within a specific technical discipline.

• Ensure compliance with the Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR) logistics processes as established within Gas Power projects, facilitating timely delivery to end customers.

• Develop project logistics budgets and create transportation plans to support ITO, OTR, and daily routing and planning activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that logistics planning and execution support on-time delivery while optimizing logistics costs.

• Monitor and ensure that supporting Logistics Coordinators comply with customer requirements and contractual obligations.

• Foster strong relationships with internal partners and key account contacts to understand repair outage needs and maintain operational team KPIs for repairs logistics.

• Provide daily oversight (including Daily Management, Morning Start-up, and EOD report) to leadership regarding projects within the defined scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on logistics experience in daily operations.

• A relevant bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• A high school diploma/GED may be considered if accompanied by at least 6 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
