This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of approximately 30+ researchers

• Execute significant quality and efficiency initiatives

• Create a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team environment

• Take ownership of your team’s KPIs and overall performance

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance process automation

• Proactively escalate all risks and incidents clearly and promptly

• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes high engagement, exceptional quality, and enjoyment

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, information systems, operations, or supply chain management)

• Demonstrated expertise in business process design, management, and optimization

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience

• Proficient in using spreadsheets

• Ability to work comfortably in a remote and international setting
