Lead Knowledge Lawyer – Family

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the strategy for the UK Family Practice Area in alignment with business goals.

• Lead, cultivate, and motivate a high-performing team of Knowledge Lawyers.

• Ensure that practical guidance content is of exceptional quality, innovative, and stands out from competitors.

• Create, update, and expand Family law materials, including practice notes, precedents, checklists, and flowcharts.

• Contribute to current awareness services by providing legal updates, case analyses, and commentaries.

• Promote customer engagement and utilization of Lexis+ and Lexis+ Protégé practical guidance content.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other Practice Area Leaders to identify growth opportunities and support go-to-market strategies.

• Utilize AI, analytics, and legal technology to enhance product offerings and deliver customer value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience in Family law in England and Wales.

• Strong technical knowledge and practical legal experience.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with a history of developing teams.

• Strong skills in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and business development.

• Commercial acumen, including experience with budgeting and financial oversight.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience with legal technology, digital tools, AI, and analytics.

• Analytical, highly organized, and capable of articulating complex legal concepts clearly.
