Lead Knowledge Lawyer – Family

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the strategy for the UK Family Practice Area in alignment with business goals.

• Lead, nurture, and motivate a high-achieving team of Knowledge Lawyers.

• Ensure that the practical guidance content remains top-tier, innovative, and distinct from competitors.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Family law content, which includes practice notes, precedents, checklists, and flowcharts.

• Contribute to current awareness services by providing legal updates, case analyses, and insightful commentary.

• Promote customer engagement and utilization of Lexis+ and Lexis+ Protégé practical guidance content.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other Practice Area Leads to uncover growth opportunities and support market entry strategies.

• Utilize AI, analytics, and legal technology to improve products and provide customer value.

⛳️ Requirements

• A qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience in Family law in England and Wales.

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on legal experience.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities with a history of team development.

• Strong skills in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and business development.

• Awareness of commercial issues, including experience in budgeting and financial oversight.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

• Familiarity with legal technology, digital tools, AI, and analytics.

• Analytical, well-organized, and capable of articulating complex legal concepts clearly.
