Lead IT Security Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ongoing enhancement of the enterprise-wide IT security strategy and technical roadmap.

• Creation of contemporary security architectures with an emphasis on Cloud Security, Zero Trust, and Security by Design.

• Accountable for the continuous development and refinement of security solutions within hybrid IT environments.

• Providing guidance to IT teams and projects on security-related matters.

• Performing security reviews, risk assessments, and architectural evaluations.

• Advancing security policies, standards, and processes.

• Assisting in vulnerability management, penetration testing, and the ongoing enhancement of the security posture.

• Multiple years of experience in IT security / cybersecurity.

• Proven experience in developing and executing security concepts and architectures.

• Profound understanding of modern infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security solutions.

• Experience in complex or globally oriented IT environments.

• Capacity to align technical requirements with strategic business goals.

• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative, cross-functional approach to work.
