Lead Interior Designer – Luxury Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the creative and technical link between architectural ideas and completed, market-ready luxury environments.

• Direct the design and implementation of comprehensive interior packages for upscale residential estates and multifamily projects.

• Convert architectural plans into unified interior design stories for luxury lobbies, amenities, and residential spaces.

• Ensure that all designs are in line with current luxury market trends to enhance sales velocity.

• Establish design standards and FF&E specifications that are scalable across multifamily developments.

• Review architectural, MEPF, and structural plans to confirm the technical feasibility of interior layouts.

• Supervise the creation of detailed construction drawing sets.

• Discover opportunities to reduce costs through alternative materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10–12+ years of experience in interior design, including at least 5 years in leading luxury residential or large-scale multifamily projects.

• Licensed Interior Designer (IDr) or Architect with a strong focus on interior design.

• A demonstrated history of successful "high-end" completions, showcasing sophisticated palettes, technical precision, and a profound understanding of luxury materials (stone, millwork, lighting).

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp/V-Ray or 3ds Max. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for presentation materials is essential.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. As this is a remote position, you must excel at "presenting the vision" via Zoom/Teams and managing digital workflows (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
