This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• This role is tasked with providing support and collaborating with the District Installation Manager, Regional, and Operations & Sales Support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience through the planning and project management of capital equipment installations.

• Key performance indicators involve comprehensive internal and external coordination and communication to facilitate high-quality and efficient installations, ultimately achieving customer satisfaction both internally and externally.

• In partnership with the District Installation Manager, responsible for overseeing the complete project management and installation of capital equipment for our clients from start to finish.

• Participate in Equipment Planning Meetings (EPM) to offer updates to the team on project status and provide solutions to any challenges that may arise.

• Maintain the Primary Project Management Software (Trello) by documenting project notes and photographs to ensure the system is up-to-date and contains necessary information for installations.

• Accountable for all documentation related to the installation checklist or delegate responsibilities to the appropriate TSM.

• Assist in selecting installation teams for each project.

• Act as the main point of contact for significant capital equipment installations; engage with the sales representative and contractor during the initial job site meeting; and monitor progress until job completion.

• Gather and review all plans and specification sheets, providing guidance to tradespeople.

• Verify all equipment orders for accuracy regarding required accessories.

• Assess job site readiness prior to HSD installation.

• Coordinate equipment delivery logistics, ensuring the construction site is prepared, communicating with all 3PLs, and confirming the accuracy of each delivery.

• Attend project kick-off and go-live meetings and events.

• Keep the customer and District Installation Manager informed about installation progress.

• Escalate issues to the Installation Manager as necessary.

• Manage the overall project punch list until completion.

• Review proper equipment usage and maintenance with customers, including walking them through installation guides when necessary and coordinating initial third-party training when required.

• Serve as backup to the Equipment Specialist (ES) for Shielding Plan Site Specifications.

• Assist the District Installation Manager with risk management claims or other installation-related issues.

• Provide leadership, oversight, and accountability on job sites to ensure project completion aligns with the construction schedule.

• Offer coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to the HSD team regarding the installation process.

• Communicate with the ES regarding any observations that could hinder our ability to execute the job as planned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires 6 or more years of relevant experience.

• Previous experience in Dental/Medical project management, leadership, installation, or related fields of at least 2 years.

• Ability to lead installation processes effectively.

• Excellent leadership abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Intermediate troubleshooting skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

• Capacity to present preventative maintenance options to customers.

• Independent and self-motivated.

• Intermediate proficiency with computers.

• Understanding of HSD-specific dental plans and the ability to explain them.

• General knowledge of trades including plumbing, electrical, and construction.

• Proven ability to manage tasks accurately and on time (including work orders, FSRs, concur, e-time, RMAs, 2579 reporting, etc.).

• Solid understanding of all company policies and local government regulations.
