Lead Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the complete customer-specific solution and ensure overall coherence of the solution.

• Make and take ownership of cross-module design decisions while resolving conflicts among teams, modules, and requirements.

• Maintain consistent configuration across modules and proactively identify solution issues.

• Convert customer business policies and requirements into appropriate system behavior.

• Provide functional leadership to both customers and teams on complex matters.

• Support senior-level customer discussions and decision-making processes.

• Ensure quality delivery through comprehensive scenario testing and readiness assessments for go-live.

• Direct teams towards addressing the most critical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in NEC Housing Solution, including its configuration and module implementation.

• Prior experience in Housing environments such as Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, and Housing Associations utilizing NEC Housing Solution.

• Background in consultancy, with experience in customer engagement and project methodologies.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to solve problems under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in leading and mentoring individuals in a consultancy role.

• Ability to consider the entire solution from an end-to-end perspective.

• Comfort in making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.

• Skill in simplifying complex issues.

• Confidence in challenging scenarios and managing trade-offs.

• Understanding of the interrelationship between Operations, Policy, and System configuration.

• Possession of the right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence is required.

• Completion of satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health checks is necessary; a DBS check may also be required based on the role.
