This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensuring the seamless operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within your designated area.
• This involves the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment.
• Identifying potential maintenance risks associated with HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnosing both electrical and mechanical faults within HVAC/R systems.
• Conducting commissioning checks on HVAC Units to guarantee ongoing, efficient operation.
• This encompasses verifying and adjusting HVAC RTU controller configurations alongside the mechanical functionality of the units.
• Providing hands-on maintenance for Budderfly HVAC Units.
• This includes, but is not limited to: replacing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting and replacing belts, and checking units for other mechanical failures.
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, along with performing warranty services.
• Executing emergency repairs in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintaining daily logs and records of all activities in the Company's work order system.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Adhering to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Assisting customers with their inquiries.
• On-call duty is not mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a service technician on HVAC/R systems.
• An HVAC License and EPA Certification are mandatory.
• Experience with HVAC Controls is required; familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is advantageous.
• Ability to identify control and mechanical issues before they escalate.
