Lead Hunter, Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to leads sourced from our CRM.

• Identify needs and interests of leads throughout conversations.

• Arrange appointments with the setter team for leads that qualify.

• Maintain lead status and notes in both the CRM and Aircall.

• Work in tandem with the sales team to enhance lead management.

• Take initiative as a lead hunter, assisting our team by not just reaching out to leads but also qualifying them.

• If a lead does not meet the desired deal criteria, actively assist in determining the next steps and securing potential deals.

• Play a vital role in our value chain to ensure our closers receive the best opportunities.

• If there are insufficient deals, also take on the role of deal hunter to foster more valuable business closures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.

• Basic understanding of lead generation and qualification processes.

• Foundational knowledge of online marketing and sales concepts.

• Proficient in using communication tools for remote work (such as Slack, Aircall, Google Meet, etc.).
