Lead Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• At Fortis, we recognize that creativity is essential in driving player growth. As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the way players discover, engage with, and connect to our games through impactful, performance-oriented creative.

• You will guide the visual direction for user acquisition, social media, and store marketing efforts, transforming creative direction, gameplay features, player motivations, and audience insights into engaging visual solutions and scalable design systems.

• Utilizing insights and guidance from the Creative Strategy, User Acquisition, and Product Marketing teams, you will enhance our creative strategy through strong craftsmanship, experimentation, research, and ongoing learning. You will lead by example with exceptional execution while nurturing the growth and development of other designers through feedback and mentorship. You will help cultivate a culture of craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement while upholding high standards for creative quality across the team.

• You will investigate and integrate new tools and workflows, including generative AI, where they can improve ideation, production, and creative exploration. In this capacity, you will identify effective and responsible methods for these tools to support the creative process while ensuring high-quality standards and brand alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in graphic design, marketing design, performance creative, or related fields, with a proven record of delivering exceptional creative work and aiding in the growth of fellow designers.

• A robust portfolio that highlights creative work across digital formats, encompassing ads, social media content, store assets, and campaign creative.

• Demonstrated ability to transform creative direction, gameplay features, and audience insights into captivating visual solutions.

• Strong design fundamentals, including visual storytelling, composition, typography, and best practices across various platforms and formats.

• Experience working in dynamic, iterative environments, managing multiple priorities while upholding a high standard of craftsmanship.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, including the capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Experience in gaming, mobile, or performance-oriented environments is highly regarded.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools; experience with motion graphics or 3D is an advantage.
