Lead Global Data Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Collaborate with all necessary stakeholders to guarantee timely communications and updates

• Mentor and enhance the skills of Senior Analysts within the team

• Supervise data loading, validation, and cleansing processes

• Assist with Functional Master Data initiatives

• Document comprehensive end-to-end processes

• Act as a liaison and escalate process challenges and taxonomy reviews among key stakeholders

• Pose critical questions, define issues, and drive outcomes by leveraging knowledge of financial models and processes

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction throughout the deployment phase

• Address and escalate issues and risks to management as necessary

• Confirm alignment of project initiatives with global design standards

• Uphold PMO standards and manage the deployment approach comprehensively

• Formulate and translate strategy into actionable operational goals and objectives

• Collaborate with global teams to promote deeper standardization efforts

• Share innovative ideas, suggestions, and constructive feedback

• Oversee data cleaning, governance, and migration activities

• Maintain governance, team structure, and interactions among teams

• Mobilize, inspire, and hold teams and key partners accountable for delivery

• Create and implement status reports, portfolio dashboards, visual metrics, and daily status updates

• Track project/run-state progress and ensure compliance with standards

• Document lessons learned for ongoing improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree

• Required experience in Supply Chain Manufacturing

• Experience with Affiliate Customer/Vendor and/or Material Master is essential

• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems is required

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Exceptional attention to detail is necessary

• High level of organizational skills required

• Experience in deployment, solutions, and change management is preferred

• Familiarity with Test management Tools (JIRA) and Test management analytics is desired

• Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is preferred

• Ability to influence and engage effectively with peers and matrixed teams

• Demonstrated learning agility

• Capability to navigate various functions across MT SC
