This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct research and pinpoint potential leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, databases, social media, and online research.
• Create and implement outbound prospecting strategies, including email outreach, cold calls, and social media engagement.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads according to established criteria.
• Keep CRM systems updated with accurate and current lead information.
• Arrange meetings and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Work in conjunction with marketing and sales teams to ensure messaging and targeting strategies are aligned.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies to enhance conversion rates.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting.
• Proficient in cold outreach methods, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Experience with running automation campaigns using tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.
• Previous experience supporting founders or small businesses is preferred.
• Familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.
• Knowledge of outbound automation tools.
• Capable of sourcing leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Basic skills in data management and list building.
• Comfortable using dialers and cold-calling platforms.
