This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• At Coconut, we facilitate connections between founders and businesses with exceptional remote talent while emphasizing meaningful and dependable partnerships.
• We are currently seeking outstanding candidates for the position of Lead Generation Specialist/General Admin.
• Availability: Part-time - 20 hours per week, with working hours from 7 AM to 2 PM PST.
• Create and enhance a list of 130 potential investors.
• Conduct research on each target company to identify the analyst contact instead of founder/CEO/principal contacts.
• Locate and fill in analyst names for each investor/company.
• Find and input analyst email addresses.
• Utilize company websites and general online research to complete any missing contact details.
• Employ AI/search tools to identify likely analyst contacts when websites do not clearly display them.
• Verify email deliverability prior to outreach whenever possible.
• Submit the work in ongoing batches of 10 rather than waiting for the entire list to be finalized.
• Potentially assist with initial outreach after the list-building/enrichment process begins.
• Gradually manage broader general administrative tasks over time.
• Provide support for data entry.
• Assist with customer service needs.
• Facilitate email and phone customer assistance.
• Aid in lead research efforts.
• Potential future involvement in vendor coordination and other administrative duties.
• Preferred: Background in prospecting coupled with general administrative skills.
• Comfort in supporting outreach and possibly phone-based assistance as needed.
• Ability to evolve into a long-term assistant relationship as trust develops.
• Non-negotiable Requirements: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to work with Zoom and Outlook.
• Experience in lead research, prospecting, and list enrichment.
• Industry/Tools Experience: Familiarity with Rocket Reach, Zoom, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and email deliverability checking tools/websites.
