This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Engage with prospective customers on behalf of clients through cold calls and proactive outreach.
• Initiate meaningful dialogues that assist clients in expanding and enhancing their customer base.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads utilizing GoHighLevel (GHL) and various CRM tools.
• Leverage LinkedIn for research, engagement, and connection with potential clients.
• Arrange discovery calls or subsequent steps for Sales Representatives as needed.
• Keep meticulous logs of calls, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Re-establish contact with cold or unreachable leads through structured outreach efforts.
• Provide insights on objections, frequently asked questions, and conversational trends to refine outreach strategies.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service.
• Proficient knowledge of GoHighLevel (mandatory).
• Ability to work during US hours (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PH time).
• Confident and persuasive communicator with a professional demeanor on the phone.
• Results-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dependable home office setup.
• Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Helper.
• Experience collaborating remotely with international clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, or calling tools (e.g., 3CX).
