Lead Generation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify and extract potential leads from various platforms, databases, and online sources.

• Employ web research techniques to collect contact information and confirm lead details.

• Reach out to prospects via phone and email using prepared scripts to schedule qualified appointments.

• Accurately enter, update, and organize lead information in spreadsheets and tracking systems.

• Demonstrate technological proficiency and adaptability, with the capability to quickly learn and navigate new tools or software platforms.

• Provide essential administrative support to enhance lead generation and follow-up processes.

• Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as required to support lead generation and business development activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in U.S.-based B2C and/or B2B lead generation and appointment setting.

• Knowledge of industries such as real estate, construction, or home services is advantageous.

• Strong background in lead research, prospecting, and outreach techniques.

• Comfortable and self-assured in making outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects.

• Highly detail-oriented with robust skills in data research, organization, and tracking.

• Capable of handling light administrative tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining consistent outreach efforts.

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for data entry and reporting purposes.

• Experience with lead enrichment tools such as Clay.com, BenVerified, or SkipTracing is desirable.

• Familiarity with VoIP systems like JustCall or similar platforms (access may be provided by the client).

• Must possess a reliable work-from-home setup with a backup plan for power or internet disruptions.

• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours and occasionally on weekends, if required.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $5 - $8/Hour USD (Varies based on client and experience level).

• Full-time commitment of 40 - 45 hours per week, with some weekends included.

• Client-specific benefits may be available depending on placement.
