Lead Generation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identifying prospective leads via platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, social networks, and other avenues;

• Leveraging AI tools to enhance and expedite lead discovery, data enrichment, research, and outreach preparation;

• Utilizing Google Sheets, CRM systems, social media, and specialized tools like Apollo and PhantomBuster to oversee and scale lead generation efforts;

• Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, hiring, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and maintain a high-quality flow of leads;

• Keeping precise records of interactions, monitoring lead progress, and ensuring data integrity across systems;

• Exploring new industries and products while engaging with clients from North America and Europe;

• Adhering to established deadlines and providing weekly/monthly reports on outcomes;

• Actively offering insights to marketing and sales teams to enhance lead quality, outreach strategies, and qualification processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Google Sheets, social networks, and various specialized tools (e.g., Apollo, Phantom Buster, etc.)

• Practical experience with Apollo, Sales Navigator, Fiverr, and social media platforms

• Previous experience in Software Engineering Companies

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively search for information

• Strong organizational abilities, critical thinking, and the aptitude for solving practical problems.
