This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Conduct investigations into regulated iGaming markets across Europe to uncover expansion opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities.

• Identify and document licensed online casinos, operators, and game studios, highlighting key decision-makers and business contacts.

• Develop and sustain a well-structured CRM database, ensuring precise segmentation by geographical region, license type, and business potential.

• Pre-qualify leads based on compliance, licensing status, and partnership readiness to facilitate effective Sales and Business Development outreach.

• Provide regular reports on market intelligence and lead generation, including insights on competitors, market size, and active operators.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or above.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or market research, preferably within the iGaming sector.

• A solid understanding of regulated iGaming markets, licensing frameworks, and operator ecosystems.

• Practical experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo).

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data, recognize patterns, and validate information.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
