This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients in the IT sector.
• **Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and various other tools** to engage with prospective clients.
• Create and implement targeted outreach strategies through **LinkedIn, email, and cold calling**.
• Establish and uphold a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Work in collaboration with the recruitment team to grasp hiring requirements and market dynamics.
• Foster relationships with prospective clients to transform leads into enduring partnerships.
• Monitor and report on lead generation efforts and results.
• Demonstrated experience in **lead generation, business development, or sales**, preferably within the IT or recruitment fields.
• Significant experience in **LinkedIn outreach and cold calling**.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with the capacity to work independently.
• Familiarity with **CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator** (preferred).
