This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support market or segment-specific research initiatives.
• Generate and manage new sales leads.
• Establish new client accounts and update contacts within the internal system.
• Set tasks and manage follow-up actions.
• Track leads and inquiries from LinkedIn and various social media platforms.
• Compose and dispatch sales emails to potential leads and current clients.
• Respond to urgent calls, emails, and messages, addressing customer inquiries and notifying clients of any delays.
• Understand market needs and communicate them to the Product and Marketing teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing customers through virtual meetings.
• BA/BS degree with at least 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Email Marketing, Sales, Customer Support Organization, Technology, or a quota-carrying sales role.
• Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Outreach Strategies (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Email Finder Apps).
• Experience in business-to-business marketing.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
• Capability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Customer service-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
• Possess a growth mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively to resolve issues.
