This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Initiate outbound lead generation initiatives through direct phone outreach to business proprietors.
• Implement cold calling campaigns following a defined sales process and scripts.
• Recognize and assess potential leads for business acquisition opportunities.
• Keep precise records of leads and interactions within CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Leverage sales intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Outreach to source and manage leads.
• Interact with decision-makers and C-level executives in a professional and effective manner.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies and boost conversion rates.
• Achieve and surpass performance targets related to lead generation and appointment setting.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or sales.
• Proficient in English at a C1 level, with a neutral or minimal accent.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a significant advantage.
• Experience in engaging with U.S.-based business owners and C-level executives.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
• Capability to navigate sales intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach).
• Excellent conversational skills, adept at handling objections and establishing rapport.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience working in a remote or international team environment is a plus.
• Availability to work in time zones that align with U.S. business hours (preferably Central or Eastern Time).
• This role will commence with a trial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension into a long-term contract based on performance.
• This position is classified as an independent contractor, utilizing a payroll platform.
• The successful candidate will work REMOTELY allocated to our client.
