📋 Description

• Identify and Qualify Leads:

• - Conduct market research to pinpoint potential customers and industries.

• - Leverage various channels, including online research and networking, to identify and qualify leads.

• Develop and Implement Lead Generation Strategies:

• - Partner with the marketing team to design and implement targeted lead generation campaigns.

• - Employ digital marketing tools, social media, and additional channels to attract and engage potential clients.

• Cold Calling and Outreach:

• - Reach out to potential leads through cold calling and tailored outreach efforts.

• - Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective clients.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

• - Evaluate data to assess the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.

• - Compile regular reports on lead generation activities, offering insights for ongoing improvement.

• Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:

• - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to synchronize lead generation initiatives with overall business goals.

• - Provide feedback regarding lead quality and modify strategies as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other lead management tools.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven history of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with prospects.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently while also collaborating with a team.

• Detail-oriented with an organized approach to managing leads and data.

• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and an understanding of customer personas.

• Adaptable and open to embracing new lead generation techniques.
