This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• **Responsibilities**
• Develop and manage a reliable pipeline that consistently generates qualified leads for California employment and consumer law class action plaintiffs.
• Identify target employers and potential class member communities through innovative sourcing, online research, and investigative techniques.
• Perform high-volume, professional outreach via phone, email, direct messages, and other platforms to engage potential plaintiffs.
• Pre-screen leads by asking pertinent questions, capturing essential details, and coordinating intake procedures with the legal team.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of all outreach, follow-ups, and results in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
• Create and test new outreach strategies weekly (including scripts, channels, lists, and targeting methods) to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Strategically utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram) to identify leads and initiate conversations, rather than managing a brand account.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and care.
• Provide reports on activities and outcomes, focusing on what drives conversions: qualified intakes, signed clients, and lessons learned.
• **Must-Have:**
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) and the confidence to engage with new individuals.
• Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups, and phone calls as essential parts of your daily responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and connect information using online resources and databases.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: lead generation, prospecting, recruiting/sourcing, intake coordination, investigative work, or roles heavily focused on outreach.
• Proficiency with CRMs, calling tools, spreadsheets, and online research processes.
• Self-motivated work style: capable of planning your day, prioritizing leads, and working with minimal oversight.
• Professional judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• **Nice to Have:**
• Previous experience in legal intake, class action outreach, plaintiff-side employment law/consumer law, or private investigations.
• Knowledge of California employment or consumer law, or concepts related to class action litigation.
• Experience in sourcing employee contact details and/or utilizing investigative databases.
• Basic experience in performance marketing or outreach scripting (testing strategies, enhancing conversion rates).
