Lead Generation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversees the creation and refinement of databases

• Plans sequences and explores sales opportunities

• Engages in further communication with potential leads

• Prepares, posts, and tracks the performance of content on LinkedIn and Twitter

• Manages CRM and reporting activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year experience in lead generation within the IT sector, focusing on the USA and EU markets

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

• Skilled in various lead generation strategies and tools, including social media, lead magnets, and lead scoring

• Experienced in using a range of software tools and technologies, including CRM software and LinkedIn automation tools, with the capacity to quickly adapt to new technologies

• Strong data analysis and research capabilities for conducting thorough research and developing targeted campaigns

• Sales acumen, with the ability to identify sales prospects, address objections, and close sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective time management and organizational abilities
