This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Conduct research to discover potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media channels.
• Perform outbound outreach using emails, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
• Assess and qualify leads according to established criteria prior to forwarding them to the sales teams.
• Ensure the accuracy of CRM records and maintain activity tracking.
• Work in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation and campaign outcomes.
• Proficient in Cantonese.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, SaaS, or tech sales support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
• At ease with outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and messaging.
• Fully remote work-from-home (WFH) arrangement.
