Lead Generation Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the RFP pipeline by logging RFPs, creating proposals (CPA/CPC/CPM/hybrid pricing), tracking proposals, and performing post-mortem analyses on unsuccessful bids.

• Develop and oversee Unbounce landing pages, including duplication, tag/tracker implementation, URL management, creative swaps, and demo submissions.

• Manage the daily pacing sheet, monitoring MTD and previous day's conversions/clicks, expenditures, margins, and delivery flags (speeding up or slowing down), along with resolution activities.

• Cultivate relationships with media partners, ensuring they meet delivery commitments and negotiating optimization strategies.

• Coordinate the readiness for campaign launches across client services, media partners, and internal teams, including tags, approvals, and reporting access.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports comparing delivery against goals, spend efficiency, margin health, and audience-level reporting.

• Create and sustain operational playbooks while promoting automation of pacing, reporting, and status tracking workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital campaign management, ad operations, or media operations.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee 10+ concurrent campaigns throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Familiarity with campaign platforms such as LeadsPedia, Google Campaign Manager, or similar tools.

• Proficient in using landing page builders like Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, or comparable platforms.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and pacing infrastructure.

• Comprehensive understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM pricing and their impacts on delivery, margin, and revenue.

• Experience in managing relationships with media partners and vendors.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the capability to provide updates, structured recommendations, and presentations.
