Lead Generation Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the RFP pipeline by logging RFPs, creating proposals (CPA/CPC/CPM/hybrid pricing), tracking proposals, and performing post-mortem analysis on unsuccessful bids.

• Develop and oversee Unbounce landing pages, including duplication, tag/tracker implementation, URL management, creative swaps, and demo submissions.

• Manage the daily pacing sheet, which includes tracking month-to-date and previous day conversions/clicks, spend, margin, delivery flags (speed up / slow down), and resolutions.

• Maintain relationships with media partners by holding them accountable for delivery commitments and negotiating optimization strategies.

• Ensure campaign launch readiness by coordinating with client services, media partners, and internal teams on tags, approvals, and reporting access.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports that compare delivery against goals, assess spend efficiency, evaluate margin health, and provide audience-level reporting.

• Create and sustain operational playbooks while driving automation for pacing, reporting, and status tracking workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital campaign management, ad operations, or media operations.

• Demonstrated capability to manage over 10 concurrent campaigns throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Familiarity with campaign platforms such as LeadsPedia, Google Campaign Manager, or similar tools.

• Proficient knowledge of landing page builders like Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, or similar platforms.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and pacing infrastructure.

• Comprehensive understanding of CPA, CPC, and CPM pricing, and their impacts on delivery, margin, and revenue.

• Experience in managing media partner and vendor relationships.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to provide updates and structured recommendations and presentations.
