This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Send personalized daily outbound brand outreach emails utilizing templates and Affinity CRM.
• Implement systematic follow-ups every 2–3 business days for those who do not respond.
• Monitor and manage brand and deal pipelines in Affinity, including status, stages, and communications.
• Promptly address inbound RFPs and brand inquiries.
• Develop targeted brand outreach lists categorized by vertical and category.
• Assist with contract workflows: redlining according to the pod's guidelines, tracking versions, and storage; coordinate with Greenroom (third-party legal) for final contract assessments.
• Oversee and track brand campaign deliverables (content, demos, links) while ensuring client and brand satisfaction post-deal.
• Aid in invoicing and deal documentation processes.
• Update CRM tools (Affinity, CreatorIQ, Airtable) with deal status and pipeline information.
• Handle scheduling for creator calls, brand meetings, and internal pod syncs.
• Manage inbox operations: filtering, templated responses, and follow-ups as necessary.
• Arrange and coordinate team and client travel and gifting.
• Assist with content calendar upkeep and upload scheduling.
• Participate in daily pod stand-ups and take comprehensive meeting notes.
• Generate daily and weekly pod status reports.
• Provide ad hoc operational assistance as required by pod leadership.
• Retrieve social media and content performance analytics upon request.
• Maintain creator profiles, internal rosters, and deal tracking documents.
• Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness; this team operates at a fast pace.
• Outstanding written communication skills — excellent grammar, succinct messaging, and attention to detail.
• Highly organized and process-oriented — capable of managing a high volume of tasks without oversight.
• Comfortable with uncertainty and capable of independent problem-solving.
• Even-tempered — remains composed when challenges arise.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Familiar with Affinity CRM, CreatorIQ, or Airtable.
• Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or the digital creator economy.
• Knowledge of social media platform sponsorship (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) and brand deal frameworks.
• Background in supporting a high-volume outreach function (sales, partnerships, or similar roles).
