This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Conduct research to discover potential leads using online platforms, databases, and social media channels.
• Perform outbound outreach through emails, phone calls, and social media channels.
• Present products and services while effectively engaging with prospects.
• Evaluate leads based on established criteria and forward them to the sales team.
• Keep precise records of all activities in CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and the effectiveness of campaigns.
• At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales development, or telesales (preferably within a SaaS or IT setting).
• Proficiency in Cantonese (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
• Capability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and engaging new prospects.
