Lead Game Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Oversee team members regarding all technical matters

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Programmers and Development Interns

• Address and resolve intricate technical challenges

• Collaborate with the Game Designer, Project Manager, and all technical directors (e.g., Art Director) to refine the project's design

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Unity Editor, C#, optimization, and debugging

• Expertise in design and architecture utilizing C#

• Strong understanding of game experiences and meticulous attention to detail

• In-depth knowledge of technical components (gameplay, AI, cameras, controls, behaviors, etc.)

• At least one game title successfully launched on Play Store/Apple Store

• Relevant experience in a leadership role

• Capability to provide accurate time estimations

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
