Lead Full-Stack Engineer – AI-Assisted Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• 👥 Oversee a team of senior full-stack developers and coordinate technical execution across various projects.

• 💻 Develop scalable full-stack features utilizing Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.

• 🤖 Leverage Cursor IDE and AI coding assistants to enhance development workflows and productivity.

• 🧠 Design system architecture, create database schemas, and optimize performance-critical queries.

• 🔌 Integrate and manage third-party APIs (such as Stripe, Supabase, music platforms, and SaaS services).

• 📊 Create advanced admin dashboards, internal tools, and intricate user interfaces.

• 🎯 Take ownership of projects from start to finish — encompassing requirements gathering, architecture, deployment, and optimization.

• 📐 Set best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment pipelines.

• 🌱 Guide developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence throughout the team.
