Lead Full Stack Developer – Outbound, Selfservice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain scalable microservices and REST APIs utilizing Java and Spring Boot for outbound and self-service workflows.

• Develop backend systems that facilitate call routing, queue management, outbound campaign management, and workflows driven by configuration.

• Collaborate with frontend teams to enhance UI-driven platforms and ensure real-time updates without the need for deployments.

• Integrate applications with AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch.

• Enhance the performance, scalability, reliability, and monitoring of distributed systems in production settings.

• Facilitate technical discussions, conduct code reviews, lead sprint planning, mentor team members, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST API development with a strong focus on creating scalable enterprise applications.

• More than 3 years in a Team Lead or Technical Lead role, managing developers, mentoring team members, performing code reviews, and ensuring technical delivery.

• Practical experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch for cloud-native application development and deployment.

• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and managing distributed systems.

• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka or other messaging systems, and event-driven architecture.

• Experience in architecture discussions, providing production support, troubleshooting, communicating with stakeholders, sprint planning, and executing Agile/Scrum projects.

• Solid understanding of scalable system design, performance optimization, monitoring, and reliability engineering for enterprise applications.

• Nice to Have: Experience with Amazon Connect, IVR systems, outbound dialers, telecom platforms, or contact center technologies is preferred.
