Lead Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Designing and developing frontend architecture (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/NestJS or similar technologies).

• Conducting code reviews, establishing coding quality standards, and implementing best practices.

• Decomposing tasks and planning sprints in collaboration with the Product Manager.

• Mentoring and providing technical onboarding for team developers.

• Selecting and integrating new technologies, libraries, and infrastructure solutions.

• Collaborating with DevOps on CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment.

• Participating in product discovery and conducting technical assessments of features in the early stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of commercial experience (Full-Stack or Front-end).

• Front-end: React (hooks, context, performance optimization), Next.js (SSR/SSG).

• Back-end: Node.js + REST/GraphQL API, NestJS or a similar backend framework.

• Experience with Docker, cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure), TypeScript, Redis, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization).

• Previous experience in product companies.

• Experience in a managerial position or a desire to develop in this direction.

• Openness to feedback and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
