Lead Field Service Specialist – Automated NDE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Offer technical leadership and support to the GEH inspection teams.

• Thoroughly review and assess both automated and manual data while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and strict adherence to procedures.

• Provide technical justification to clients and maintain regular communication with site Level III personnel.

• Involves direct responsibility for people management, including staffing and performance development.

• Leverage extensive knowledge of a technical field, analytical skills, and technical experience to implement policies and strategies.

• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

• May oversee small projects with minimal risks and resource requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in automated NDE as a Data Analyst.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% to domestic and international plant locations.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Capability to climb 10 flights of stairs twice daily.

• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and physical examination.

• Must meet Fitness for Duty standards and site security requirements for unescorted access.

• Ability to perform under high-stress conditions.

• Willingness to work in radiation-controlled and radioactively contaminated environments.

• Readiness to work 12 hours a day and 7 days a week when necessary for project completion.
