This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Evaluate and approve data and outcomes for IVVI projects.
• Analyze customer RFQ and transform it into a schedule.
• Input the data into a database, which includes inspection notes, exam requirements, and anticipated coverage.
• Determine staffing needs to align with customer schedules.
• Generate Indication Notification Reports as required.
• Create and deliver outage pre-job briefs.
• Ensure that sufficient CANVAS sketches are provided to Level II personnel for examinations and modifications as necessary.
• Provide status updates to customers as needed.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations to guarantee accurate schedule interpretation into pricing and proposals (ITO Functions).
• Oversee financial performance, including cost management and successful margin goal achievement (OTR functions).
• Conduct training sessions for RSTs to advance to IVVI Level II and for IVVI Level IIs to progress to IVVI Level III.
• Stay updated on BWRVIP, ASME, and other relevant code requirements pertaining to IVVI.
• Act as Project Manager for the execution of ISI IVVI Services projects when there are no other ISI site scopes under contract.
• Meet the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers by gathering firsthand customer feedback and leveraging it for product and service enhancements.
• Assess processes and performance from the customer's perspective.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead NDE development, ensuring project delivery meets safety, quality, cost, and schedule standards.
• Provide support to the Product Line Leader during non-outage periods as needed.
• Assist with BWRVIP training while instructing utility program owners.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited university or college with 3 years of experience in the Nuclear Industry (OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years in the Nuclear Industry).
• 3 years of experience as an NDE Level III.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb 10 flights of stairs twice daily.
• Must pass a respirator fit test and physical examination.
• Must meet Fitness For Duty and site security requirements to obtain unescorted access.
• Ability to operate effectively under high-stress conditions.
• Willingness to work in radiation-controlled and radioactively contaminated areas.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to domestic and international plant sites (remote work option available when not traveling).
• Willingness to work 12 hours a day and 7 days a week as necessary for project completion.
