This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate master data services agreements and data processing agreements with clients.

• Take charge of the initial review of customer purchase orders, swiftly addressing issues with commercial insight.

• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate agreements with vendors, marketing partners, collaborators, and resellers.

• Collaborate closely with the Product and Privacy Counsel while actively engaging with the Product team.

• Recognize gaps and supply resources and training to sales teams regarding the contracting process and terms.

• Lead cross-departmental initiatives that enhance legal collaboration with various teams.

• Provide assistance with additional legal support tasks as they arise.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.

• Over 7 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting, concentrating on commercial transactions or contracts.

• Significant in-house SaaS expertise in drafting and negotiating master data services agreements and data processing agreements.

• Proven ability to establish scalable legal frameworks: including playbooks, templates, training, and process enhancements.

• Capability to work independently on complex and ambiguous issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
