Lead Engineer, UiPath

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Implementing enterprise-wide, cross-functional automation projects.

• Conducting thorough testing of developed products.

• Setting standards for scripts and work products so that others can update and utilize them.

• Drafting specifications of a highly technical or complex nature.

• Analyzing user specifications and requirements.

• Identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

• Engaging in best practices and procedures for continuous learning.

• Following best practices for software design, documentation, retention, and deployment strategies.

• Taking ownership and actively participating in the lifecycle management of assigned applications and infrastructure.

• Assisting with other educational and administrative tasks as needed.

• Demonstrating the ability to resolve production support issues ranging from simple to complex.

• Serving in project management or leadership roles to oversee work efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in systems engineering, analysis, or development, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Proficient in testing, polyglot programming, agile and lean methodologies, Six Sigma practices, and automation architecture.

• Core skills include expertise in UI Path, fundamental RPA knowledge (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework), integrations (SAP, Citrix, web automation), API development, ADO Dashboard, and GitHub.

• Team leadership capabilities with a focus on designing scalable automation solutions, understanding best practices (logging, exception handling, queues), problem-solving, and documentation.

• Secondary skills include .NET Core C#, SQL, or Power Platform.

• Proficient in English communication at an advanced level.
