Lead Engineer – Dynamics 365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Accountable for collaborating with leadership to define the technical direction of the program.

• Gains insight into people management practices.

• Cultivates an understanding of the program's scope, schedule, and cost management.

• Offers coaching and development opportunities to members of the engineering team.

• Acts as a mentor, guiding Engineers in technical pathways and career development.

• Oversees team processes and actively seeks best practices.

• Enhances collaboration skills to engage with key stakeholders effectively.

• Involved in the interview process for new candidates and responsible for developing and evaluating assignments.

• Charged with hiring, managing performance, reviewing timecards, overseeing PTO management, and fostering team growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and over 9 years of relevant experience.

• Relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Proficiency in D365 CE Development, including custom plugins, JavaScript, custom tables/entities, and low code/no code solutions.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

• At least 2 years of mentoring and coaching experience; adept at communicating and leading task efforts to ensure successful delivery.

• Extensive background in software development, customer interactions, formal and informal communication, and mentorship.
